First We Marry!

Our short, and exceedingly fantastic, sunset ceremony is being held at Gantry Plaza State Park in Long Island City, Queens, NYC. You’re looking for the large industrial gantries, and the ceremony will be just beyond those, out on Pier 2.
DRESS: Most of you will be (wonderfully) standing for the ceremony, so we’d like you to be comfortable, but also look a little nice, hence: “Casual Nice”!

Directions from Manhattan (via subway):
Take the 7 train towards QUEENS, FLUSHING MAIN ST. Exit at VERNON BLVD - JACKSON AVE station. Head north on Vernon Blvd toward 49th Ave, and walk three blocks. Turn left on 47th Rd. The Gantry is right in front of you!

Hope you’ll have your eating pants on, because our reception is going to be chock full of southern specialties, Astoria-style. We have just two words for you: Biscuit. Bar. ‘nuff said.

Directions via subway:
Walk from The Gantry to the VERNON BLVD – JACKSON AVE 7 train stop. Take the 7 train towards FLUSHING – MAIN STREET. Transfer at QUEENSBORO PLAZA to the N or Q train towards ASTORIA – DITMARS BLVD. Get off at the 30TH AVE – GRAND station and walk to Burnside Biscuits!
